Private rooms available from $650.00 to $875.00 cdn per room
prices subject to change depending upon number of room occupants
All private rooms include the following
- Single, double or queen bed (with pillows, one set of sheets, comforter)
- Proper lighting
- Closet or wardrobe space
- Clothes Bureau (space permitting)
- Window and window covering
- Desk (if you’re partial to your own bring it along, size permitting)
- Internet/Wi-Fi connection
- Shared bathrooms (ratio determined by number of lodgers and a third bathroom will be added in the next few months)
Private Rooms
Front Bedroom Suites (1 upper floor & 1 main floor)
These two front suites are charming, spacious and most reflective of the house’s golden era.
Each of the suites boasts a beautiful bay window, original fireplace facade (non-functioning) and small parlor areas marked by columns. All with original glass doors, wood trimming and hardwood floors.
Suites are furnished and are ideally suited for any sort of twosome (couples, best friends, single parent with a mature, well-behaved and flexible older child) or just one person who likes a lot of their own space all to themselves.
Arrangements available for either one queen size bed or two singles with all linen included.
Number of room occupants determines price.
Master Bedrooms (1 upper floor & 1 main floor)
These two master bedrooms are rear facing nest-like private spaces with wood trimming and hardwood floors.
They are located just off the common living room areas and are ideally suited to anyone wanting their own space while still feeling connected to the action around them.
Master bedrooms are for one person and come fully furnished with a double bed and linens.
Front Bedroom/Private Balcony (1 upper floor)
This smaller front-facing bedroom comes with its own private balcony is airy and bathed in sunlight. A cute little room nicely connected to the outdoor elements and life on the street.
This would be ideally suited to a smoker who needs to step outside at all hours and/or the terrace types who like their own private outdoor space for people-watching, reading, tanning, etc.
The room comes with furnishings, hardwood floor and trimming, glass doors, single bed and linens and private balcony.
Back Bedroom Suite (1 lower floor)
This lower rear-facing suite, divided into a study and bedroom area, is a snug little retreat far removed from the rest of the house. It connects to a common area living room and laundry space.
This room is ideally suited for one person seeking a little extra privacy or a very close couple (who are always free to spill out into the common area just outside their door.)
The suite comes with furnishings and a double bed and linens.
