Imagine living in a charming Inn-style type residence sprawled over three large and separate floors and with a maximum capacity of only 6 to 9 occupants.
Haven Place is a beautiful, fully furnished and lovingly maintained home built circa 1915. We offer all the comforts of home and a perfect backdrop for creating new families, friendships and fun.
Along with your own private room, you can also enjoy hanging out in our comfortably laid out living and dining areas or on the spacious backyard patios (covered and screened in), whenever you like.
Share a fun evening and dinner with housemates, or if you prefer, dine in your own room while settling into a quiet night of reading, studying or internet surfing. Have a movie night or a BBQ out back, invite your visiting parents/friends over for dinner (cook it yourself or we can cater it for you).
Depending on the mix of residents, this is also a wonderful way to improve foreign language skills and explore other cultures all within your own home.
We are conveniently located within very easy access to public transportation, universities, hospitals, shopping, restaurants, parks and beautiful neighborhoods for strolling or bicycling.
